House Rules 

Pets: Pets are welcome upon request, provided they weigh less than 15 kg. An extra fee of €10 per night applies for additional cleaning.

Air Conditioning & Energy Saving: To protect the environment and for safety reasons, please turn off the air conditioning and lights every time you leave the apartment.

Property Damage: Any damage to the property, furniture, or permanent stains on linens (towels, sheets) will be charged to the guest at the end of the stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas using the provided ashtrays.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors' peace and quiet by avoiding loud noises between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
