Other important information

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM to allow us to perfectly prepare the home for our next guests.

Self Check-in: For your maximum flexibility, we offer self check-in via lockbox.

Tourist Tax: Please note that, according to local regulations, a tourist tax of 2€ per person per night is required, to be settled upon arrival.

Eco-friendly Stay: We love our land. We kindly ask you to follow the waste recycling rules and help us save energy by turning off the air conditioning when you are out.

Peace & Quiet: To ensure everyone's rest, please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours (from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

Getting Around

By Car: We are in a strategic location, just 2 minutes from the A18 highway exit (Giardini Naxos). You will easily find free parking near the property outside.

Bus to Taormina & Beach: Right on Via Consolare Valeria, you’ll find bus stops (Interbus/Etna Trasporti) connecting Chianchitta to the promenade, the train station, and beautiful Taormina in about 15-20 minutes.

Train: The "Taormina-Giardini" railway station is just a few minutes away by car or bus, perfect for day trips to Catania or Messina.

The Neighborhood Zagara & Sale Home is located in the heart of a vibrant and authentic neighborhood, where tradition meets modern convenience. Just steps from the house, you can immerse yourself in local life: from historic artisan shops to charming cafés where you can enjoy a typical breakfast outdoors. The location is strategic: you are close enough to the main attractions to reach them with a pleasant stroll, yet tucked away from the tourist crowds to ensure peaceful nights. Don't miss a visit to the local Saturday market, a relaxing walk along the seafront, or a dinner at one of the small, hidden restaurants in the surrounding streets, which we would be delighted to recommend.
